This past Thursday we celebrated Founders Day here at Holy Child Academy.
We are so thank for our wonderful Founder Cornellia Connely.
She was an amazing servant of God.
The society of the Holy Child Jesus was founded by Cornelia Connelly, in England, 1864.
Cornelia was a wife and a mother of five children.
Holy Child Schools are all around the world today thanks to her love of children.
Cornelia believed that education was best accomplished when each student was trusted and cared for.
She also sought to live her life with joy and as “one continuous act of love,” two other trademark characteristics of a Holy Child education.

Student Council will be hosting a tag day on Friday, October 22. Students may pay $1.00 to wear something pink. All proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
On Friday, October 29, we will have our annual HCA Mission Party. Students may come to school dressed in their Halloween costumes and sneakers. Please make sure costumes do not reflect an evil or frightful tone! We are planning a day filled with games and Halloween fun for the students. Dismissal will be at 12:00 noon that day and there will be no HCA Plus.
