February 21-25 2022

Parents;
I want to thank all of you for sending in your vegetables for our stone soup! The children were so happy to be able to share with their friends at school as well as some of the staff here at Holy Child.
 They were such good chefs in preparing the vegetables for our soup.  It made the whole Early Childhood floor smells so good while it was cook.
I was so amazed to see how many of them loved the soup.
 This was a perfect way to end our month of learning about our teeth and what make a good friend (sharing and caring).

Special Helpers
The children also wanted to  shared their homemade soup with  our special helper who come into our classroom each week and love and care for them.
Mrs. Mossor  comes in several mornings a week and plays fun games and plants with us.

Ms. Brown comes in the morning and loves to read books to our little ones.

Mrs. Clay comes in every afternoon and helps wake us up from our naps with a smile on her face and sometimes a song or story.

Put it in the pot and let it get hot!

Mrs. Minner
We continued the joy of sharing with Mrs. Minner's 4 grade guinea pigs. We saved all of our peeling from the carrots and the potatoes and were able to feed them to the guinea pigs. They eat them all up!

Mrs. Morgan and I  may have also  loved joining in on the fun!
