May 24-27

Parents this week we continued with story of God's Creation.

 Day 4
 God Created the Sun, Moon, and the stars .

Here we are using our imaginations that our plasma ball is the sun.





On day 5 we celebrated out butterflies emerging from their chrysalises

Here were are letting our painted lady butterflies go so they can enjoy the wonders of what
 God has made.


Storytime With the Kindergarteners 
This week our wonderful kindergarteners read to their little friends.  It was to amazing to see how much the kindergarteners have grown this year. I can wait to see what is next for they and what N2 students have to look forward to when they reach kindergarten!!

Reminders
  • Sound bags are finished for the school year!

  • Sunscreen

  • Ice pack and water bottles

  • There will be no school on Friday, May 28th and Monday, May 31st in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Classes will resume on Tuesday, June 1st.

  • Please fill out the Diversity and Inclusion Survey  if you have not done so already.

  • Please send in your leaf for the school-wide Family of Families Project if you have not done so already

  • The last day of school is Wednesday, June 9th.  This will be a noon dismissal for all students. There will be NO HCA PLUS.

Butterflies and Tadpoles

Our butterflies are  all snug and warm in their  Chrysalis.  We were hoping that they would come out by Friday, but I am sure that we will have a nice surprise when come into school on Monday.



Our tadpoles have begun to grow their little back legs.  Before we know it they will be hopping around!.  I am hoping they will become frogs  before the end of the school year.
