Noah's Ark 

We have had so much fun the last two weeks learning all about Noah's Ark. 

 This week we loaded the animals

 on to the ark 2 by 2 and then God closed the door.

Then God sent the rain for 40 day and 40 nights.

 

After being on the ark for almost a year, God dried up the land and opened the doors and let Noah family and the animals out onto dry land.

God then sent a rainbow as a promise that he will always be watch over us and protects us.

Mystery Readers 

We have so enjoyed our first group of  Mystery readers.  

Thank you moms and dads for making our story times so special. 

We can't wait until next week to see who our Mystery readers will be!!!!

Sound of the Week

May 3-7

Ii 

1.  Please put sun sunscreen on your child before coming to school.

2,  Please pack and ice packs in their lunch boxes.

3.  Maybe  put some ice in their water bottles.  We filled them up several times today to keep them hydrated.

4.  to wear sneakers for Gym class.

5.  Next Friday, May 7th we will be working in the garden.  Please send your child in "gardening clothes" and with  gloves (if you have them, no worries if you don't)

Noah's Ark 

This week We learn that God protects us.  

"The Lord watches over all who love him."

Psalm 145:20

The Lord told Noah to Build and ark and Noah obeyed.  

The lord to Noah to gather two animals of every kind, and Noah obeyed.

The children had so much fun cleaning up our playground today. 

We have to keep our school we love so much clean for all to enjoy.

• Please pack at least two napkins (three if your child attends Plus) in your child’s lunch box everyday.

• Until further notice, all arrivals and dismissals for early childhood students (including for half-day students) will take place from the Penn Avenue parking lot. 

• 
  

• Please make sure your child arrives on time for school (between 7:30 am and 7:55 am). No one will be at the Shadeland Avenue entrance to let children into the building.
